Willis Library’s 50th Anniversary

Celebrate the 50th anniversary of Willis Library with a tour led by Dean Diane Bruxvoort. We’ll take a look at the building’s renovation and see some interesting items in the collections!

Wilson Jones (’85), CEO of global vehicle and machinery manufacturer Oshkosh Corp., is known in the corporate world for fostering a culture of ethics, diversity and positive leadership. That culture has helped Oshkosh achieve incredible success, with 15,000 employees and 150 locations worldwide. We’ll talk with Jones about his time at UNT and his leadership style, and we’ll get a look at some of Oshkosh’s impressive vehicles in action!

From archives of the oldest television news station in Texas to Jonathan Chilton’s speech establishing the university in 1890, UNT Special Collections preserves and shares rare and unique materials. Learn how alumni can be part of the growing archive by contributing photographs and other memories.

UNT Diamond Eagles Student Resource Center
